WORKERS' COMPENSATION

Our Orthopedic practice offers extensive experience in Workers' Compensation cases.

We are keenly aware that it is important to provide appropriate and cost effective treatment for patients injured on the job, so that they can return to work in a timely manner.

Yet, we also understand that patients need adequate time and treatment before they can return to work without causing themselves further harm.

Our aim is to balance the needs of the patient, insurance carrier, and employer to obtain optimal results. To this end:

  We work in conjunction with claims adjusters and employers
    to assure this timely, efficient, quality care.
  To facilitate this process, our office accurately completes and
    promptly submits appropriate forms.

The physicians, all qualified medical examiners (QME's) are knowledgeable of the new California Workers' Compensation laws.
